The best part is that it is easy and intuitive to use and helps automate processes. As a result, it improves time management. **What do you dislike about Gensym?** Although it might not be as cost-effective to use for very small industry or businesses, it is definitely worth a shot if you are planning to expand your business. **What problems is Gensym solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were required to do research and test out the processes for an oil industry by automating and mimicking the current processes. Gensym helped with that as we felt the productivity increased as well as we were able to save a lot of time because of the automation. ### 2. After giving the reviews came to know that the process to review is so fair that no false review can be entered, The team evaluates the reviews manually and not all the reviews are accepted they have some strict criteria. **What do you dislike about Gensym?** Not much to dislike, but the scope for improvement is that the Dashboards of the software should be claimed by the owners so that the review goes to the correct team or person who owns it so that the changes can be made if required. **What problems is Gensym solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whenever I want to purchase any software I check reviews on G2 because I find Reviews here legitimate and not false that are verified by G2 team having some criteria they follow. ### 4. Connex for Quickbooks - Used with ShipStation **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Allen C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2020 **What do you like best about Gensym?** We have been using Connex for Quickbooks to sync orders from ShipStation into QuickBooks for several years. It has reduced our Sales Receipt error rate to zero. We are a small business and would not have been able to accomplish what we have without it. It sync’s several stores in ShipStation into Quickbooks. I was able to customize the import so the created Sales Receipt is complete and requires no further data entry. The software is set to automatically import orders from ShipStation every 30 minutes. **What do you dislike about Gensym?** Occasionally an order does not import into QuickBooks and I am forced to log into Connex for Quickbooks and manually identify the order and tell Connex to import it. **Recommendations to others considering Gensym:** I originally set up Connex for QuickBooks myself but G2 seems responsive and I would recommend having G2 help set up the integration rules. **What problems is Gensym solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had issues with too much labor involved with getting orders into QuickBooks and the associated error rates that go with manual data entry. That has all been eliminated. ### 6. This helps to cover/uncover all the possible workflows that a system might encounter. **What do you dislike about Gensym?** Documentation to do this or that should be more elaborate. There is trouble sometimes finding what to be done if we are stuck. **Recommendations to others considering Gensym:** Check for particular usage what your company requires and then establish contacts with G2 team. **What problems is Gensym solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting the best answer within a fixed time to process decisions.
