I really like the ease of use of Genea Security, as it allows us to manage access control throughout our facility with an easy-to-use GUI. The dashboards are great, and the integrations, especially with Azure, are very helpful. The online portal is also a big plus; it enables us to train users quickly to manage many access points. Genea is constantly integrating new platforms and third-party tools into their system. They also utilize the OpenAPI, which allows you to build your own integrations as needed. The Genea platform makes handling access control systems and events a breeze with their cloud solutions. From basic operating to full on in depth programming, it's all possible within one platform. Genea offers a great variety of hardware components to implement, so as an installer, you are not stuck with just one supplier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some things that can only be achieved outside of the platform, I would love to see these functions also implemented in an optional advanced mode. However, the Genea customer support is always available to help out and replies swiftly. I also miss the option to just print a hardware overview showing all connected hardware, like panels, doors, readers, inputs and outputs. Currently this has to be done for each category separately. It's easy to use and navigate. I am a local admin, so for my purposes of adding/removing people, it has been a short learning curve. I appreciate that I can log in to it from anywhere to address urgent needs that come up too. Its easy to suspend a card if needed. I appreciate the process to add templated badge layouts and being able to have multiple versions; this is not something we had before, and it helps.

There is not "add a new user" on the homepage/dashboard. When I first log in, that is the page it takes me to, and I have to click a couple of times before getting to add a new user.
