"Critical tool for my day to day work success."

What do you like best about GDocs?

Being able to edit documents together with my teammates, while making use of easy document sharing and comment suggestion features is what I like best about Gdocs.

I can even make use of the "@" feature , to invite people to join document editing sessions, thereby enrishing the quality of document collaboration for myself and my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GDocs?

The only downside of Gdocs as far as my experience is concerned, is how Google docs files tend to slow down when editing or working on very large documentations , especially those with a lot of illustrations. This is perhaps expected, as a result of Gdocs browser based design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GDocs?

Google Docs sharing features has appealed the most to me as a user. With this feature, I am able to choose who has commenting, viewing or editing access to my shared documents.

This reduces the lekelihood of unauthorized parties, accessing my Shared Google doc file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GDocs?

When uploading large sized word files created with other word editors, into Google docs, there is a limit on the size of the files I am able to import into Google docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Despite weaknesses, I choose Gdocs over any other word processor."
5/5
What do you like best about GDocs?

For me , Google docs versioning system has had the most impact on my Google docs experience and it is what I like best about this software. Google docs versioning tool helps to keep track to all changes made to my Google doc files. It also maintains all previous updates to every single document.

This makes it easier for me to revert to previous versions of my documents when needed or even download specific versions of my current file. This has come in handy on many situations during group collaborations where mistakes were made on a current document and all we had to do in remedying the situation , was to revert to a previous version. What do you dislike about GDocs?

When weighed side by side with top word processor options, with the obvious one being Ms word, I am of the opinion that Google docs does lag behind in terms of available templates to work with and because Google docs is primarily online based and backed up in the cloud automatically, there is always the security risk of files being accessed by unauthorized parties. What do you like best about GDocs?

GDocs is an online software, a part of GSuite. It helps you create documents from your phone on the go. You can share data, collaborate, and edit from anywhere - anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GDocs?

The formatting options are a little less. When you import a PDF, it doesn't enter into edit mode - with this I think the software will be complete on its own and beat even Word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"he Best Free Online Word Processor."

What do you like best about GDocs?

It's collaborative: Google Docs allows you to collaborate with other people on the same document in real time. This is great for working on projects with team members or classmates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GDocs?

it does not have as many features as some desktop word processors. This is because Google Docs is designed to be a simple and easy-to-use word processor but still better and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
