For me , Google docs versioning system has had the most impact on my Google docs experience and it is what I like best about this software. Google docs versioning tool helps to keep track to all changes made to my Google doc files. It also maintains all previous updates to every single document.

This makes it easier for me to revert to previous versions of my documents when needed or even download specific versions of my current file. When weighed side by side with top word processor options, with the obvious one being Ms word, I am of the opinion that Google docs does lag behind in terms of available templates to work with and because Google docs is primarily online based and backed up in the cloud automatically, there is always the security risk of files being accessed by unauthorized parties.
