• The most modern an easy-to-use interface that reduces training effort and allows for outstanding user acceptance by BPM & Non-BPM experts

• The ease of use of use to create business process flow charts via quick-modeler, table-based modeler and drag and drop

• The process governance workflows for process review and approval: email notification, resubmission workflows, versioning, archiving, model comparison, working/ preview and publication environment

• The collaboration portal for the end user enables non-experts to view processes, comment processes, create dedicated dashboards, print, search, navigate.

• Process Execution capabilities automatically generate executable workflows. Users are guided through processes with digital checklists and directly execute their tasks in the system

• Integration capabilities for Single-Sign-On, ERP & EAM integration, RESP API connectivity…

Nothing we dislike so far. We raised a few change requests for feature enhancements and what is absolutely stunning is the way how GBTEC manages change requests. They take every change requests very seriously in order to better the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BIC Platform is intuitive and easy to use. The software offers many options for mapping and executing business processes.
