It would have made a lot of things easier. **Recommendations to others considering BIC Platform:** If you are looking for a process documentation tool that allows you to integrate processes in your day-to-day business and benefit from it, then BIC Platform is your choice. **What problems is BIC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** By allowing us to implement a modular process design it benefits the sense of ownership as well as the navigation for our users who do not work with BPMN every day. ### 2. Users are guided through processes with digital checklists and directly execute their tasks in the system • Integration capabilities for Single-Sign-On, ERP & EAM integration, RESP API connectivity… • Import capabilities for BPMN 2.0 and ARIS flow charts **What do you dislike about BIC Platform?** Nothing we dislike so far. We raised a few change requests for feature enhancements and what is absolutely stunning is the way how GBTEC manages change requests. The software offers many options for mapping and executing business processes. It can also be used as a document management system with very good possibilities to connect documents and other documents or documents with processes. **What do you dislike about BIC Platform?** There should have been released a new User Interface for about half a year which still is not released. Sometimes it is a little hard to find specific help in the documentary. **What problems is BIC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We created a whole interactive intranet in BIC Platform with all our Business processes and all relevant documents. Everything is at one place. At every point, the right documents are available. With the BIC Platform, we have created transparency in our processes and everyone enjoys working in the system thanks to its simple and intuitive operation.
