Collaboration is one of the most significant capabilities of the tool, and with an organisation as large as ours, its beneficial to have have process of the entire organisation sitting in the one tool. In my 10 years as a process manager, I have worked with various process management tools so far. None of them was as easy to use as BIC. A maximum of one day of training is necessary to master all functions of the tool. The handling is always very intuitive. What has bothered me with many other tools so far is that you only have a few options to adapt the system to your own requirements. In BIC, I can favoritize my preferred content and create personalized dashboards, which is very useful for quickly accessing my processes or documents. Otherwise, as a process manager, I don't miss any feature in BIC. Whether it's integrated publication workflows, reporting, etc., BIC has it all. Modeling is also absolutely easy and fast.
