The declarative configuration approach using YAML files makes it easy to define and manage our entire application stack. What do you dislike about Garden.io? While Garden.io is powerful, it does have a learning curve, especially for team members who are new to Kubernetes or microservices architectures. What problems is Garden.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Garden.io is solving several critical challenges in our Kubernetes-based microservices development workflow: Environment Consistency: Garden.io ensures that our development environments closely mirror our production setup. This has drastically reduced the "it works on my machine" problem, saving countless hours of debugging environment-specific issues. Faster Iteration Cycles: The in-cluster development feature allows us to develop and test changes directly in a Kubernetes environment. This has significantly sped up our development cycles, as we can immediately see how our changes behave in a realistic setting. Dependency Management: Garden's stack graph functionality has given us a clear view of the dependencies between our services. Garden.io has transformed our development workflow. It's incredibly intuitive and has made setting up and managing environments a breeze. The automation of testing and deployment has saved us so much time and reduced errors. The integration with our existing CI/CD tools was seamless, and the overall boost in productivity and team collaboration is undeniable. The initial setup can be a bit daunting, especially if you're not very familiar with DevOps concepts. The learning curve is definitely there, and it took some time to get fully comfortable with all its features. The documentation, while thorough, can be overwhelming at times, and I think more user-friendly guides or tutorials would be really helpful. Garden.io makes it easy for me to deploy the container in Cloud Foundry. What do you dislike about Garden.io? There is no convenient way to share files or libraries within deployments to save time and avoid reinventing the wheel. What problems is Garden.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Garden.io has been big thumbs up for dealing with isolated development environments in Cloud Foundry. It's also nice to have consistency in development, testing, and different production environments as well, ensuring that all teams can works without too much issue.
