Occasionally, we find that the platform changes the dimensions or features of our products even when the dimensions are locked. We also struggle when there are multiple requests tied to a single image, and we’ve noticed that the more an image is edited, the more the quality tends to degrade. sometimes it generates something really well and if you ask for a small tweak it changes every reference image. also, occasionally we want to keep the same room but change 1 product in it but if the product is similar it wont swap it out, or it creates a mix of the two. we've found it is better to photoshop the original product out and ask it to add the replacement product in the gap Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use the edit with text tool regularly and find it very useful. Sometimes it takes a couple of attempts reworking the prompt but once you find the right wording it generally works brilliantly. Have faced issues in the past in regards to american/english language differences (eg: scatter cushions=throw pillows) but I just have to keep this in mind as I'm writing prompts. The new text to video tool is really exciting and can perform well - we've started drafting some product videos as a team. Its much harder to write prompts for these and its a bit frustrating that we aren't allowed refunds on videos. I also appreciate that the team is very responsive when we face issues. When the platform is undergoing updates it can impact performance and outputs of the tools but this is understandable and only a minor temporary issue. I find the perspective change tool difficult to use and turn to edit with text to achieve the same/similar results. I might find it easier to use a text prompt rather than the angles but that could just be personal preference. Not being able to ask for refunds on videos has become a newer pain point for us as we weren't aware of this when we started using the tool. I like the ease of use of Furniture Connect AI Studio. Both the old and new layout make it easy to navigate, and I can understand the page easily. The new layout is particularly nice because it allows me to scroll down the right-hand side and see all the tools available. I also find the batch tool very valuable as it lets us process as many photos as we want at once, which is great. The ability to quickly edit photos makes us work more efficiently when uploading products, and it's helpful that we can edit different wood and fabric finishes. We have battled to get an easy and consistent white background and squaring of images. The squaring of the images that Furniture Connect AI Studio currently does normally edits the furniture slightly or squishes it or extends it, when all we want it to do is basically cut it into a square without editing any of the furniture. This is the best furniture AI we have come across, for the most part it keeps the furniture accurate and it has allowed us to create lifestyle images at much lower cost than other methods. If you don't get the image right from the first prompt it can be difficult to make small changes, amending or swapping a piece of furniture rarely works, its better to remove it entirely and add it back in where you want it, but the quality can deteriorate after too many generations.
