FuneralHQ Reviews & Product Details

FuneralHQ is funeral home management software for independent firms and multi-location teams. It connects first-call intake, case management, documents and e-signatures, family communication, payments, preneed and QuickBooks Online workflows. Supported configuration includes own document templates, reusable custom text or date fields, intake layouts, locations and staff permissions. AI phone answering can take missed first calls, page the on-call director and prepare a draft first-call sheet with its recording and transcript. Staff review the draft before continuing the case. Assistive tools also support handoff notes, Case Memory and plain-English record search. The broader platform includes chain-of-custody workflows, cemetery records, websites and obituaries, and phone and messaging tools. Platform is published at $250 per location per month with unlimited users, cases and e-signatures. Payment processing, optional packages, migration and integration scope are confirmed separately.
