Free LimoAnywhere Dispatch Scrutiny Tool Reviews & Product Details

The LimoAnywhere Dispatch Scrutiny Tool is a free web-based quality control assistant built specifically for limo and black car dispatch operations running on LimoAnywhere. It has two powerful sections that work together to eliminate dispatch errors before cars go out. The Manifest Scrutiny section lets dispatchers upload their LimoAnywhere Reservation Manifest and instantly flags critical issues — missing drivers, unassigned vehicles, double-booked drivers, wrong airport logic, invalid phone numbers, passenger counts exceeding vehicle capacity, and placeholder names. The Request Reconciliation section allows dispatchers to paste emails, WhatsApp messages, or texts from clients and automatically compares them against the manifest — detecting cancellations, change requests, discrepancies, and unbooked reservations in real time. Everything saves automatically in the browser across sessions. Supports multiple file uploads, conflict resolution when manifests are re-exported mid-shift, global search, dispatcher notes, snooze timers, and a full shift-safety indicator. No subscription, no signup, completely free. Built by Saztech Solutions, a 24/7 limo dispatch company serving fleets across the US, UK, and Canada.
