I love that I can create custom 'stamps' with Phantom PDF that enable me to quickly make notations on forms that I fill out time and time again. You can also collect electronic signatures and apply them to your forms, this comes in very handy when working in insurance when you aren't always in front of your clients.

I am on a subscription and every month both of my devices get signed out and put into trial mode until I re-log in to the program. Other than that, no complaints.

Foxit Phantom PDF does everything I have ever wanted it to do. Im not an expert by any means and Im sure that Acrobat has some features that give it value that I dont use or understand, but for the average user I would try PhantomPDF before investing in the much more expensive Adobe Acrobat, you can get a monthly subscription if you aren't sure if it will meet your needs.

Filling out forms and "cleaning up" forms that have been filled out by clients is what I primarily use Foxit for and it has saved me a ton of time vs using other PDF editors, including Adobe's flagship product. I can make quick notations and attach electronic signatures with ease.

So great and easy to use for a fraction of the cost. We use it for creating pdf files, for combining multiple pdf files, for reviewing and making notes on documents. I also love that you can add a link to an exhibit either inside the pdf or link to an exhibit that is a separate file.

When I create a "book" of pdfs, sometimes the recipients are not able to open them so I have to separate them into their own files.

We have many documents requiring signatures. With Foxit we can get clients to scan just the signature page and then combine them electronically in to one file for submission. We also use it for reviewing documents and making notes. I love the "recognize as text" feature that can take a scan (even a poor one) and convert it to searchable text.

I like to be able to edit a PDF and convert them to other file formats.

WELL worth the cost!!! this is a life saver for small businesses and personal use!!! I have no idea why anyone would use the larger known programs out there. This has changed the way we do business and have told our counterparts about how great they are.

nothing, it is by far best PDF program out there!!! We had been using the other programs and they were hard to use and so much money. Foxit is so user friendly and so reasonably priced.

We were using a well know PDF program that was DOUBLE the amount of money and wasn't able to do half the things we can do with foxit.

I love the simplicity of FoxIt Phantom PDF! It's very easy to learn and has innumerable features that help me easily edit PDFs on a daily basis. One of my favorite features is the custom stamp creator that has allowed me to make my own exhibit labels.

Once in a while I find it difficult to find information online on how to use a certain aspect of the software. However, through some searching I am usually able to find what I need. In the rare chance that I cannot, I can reach out to FoxIt customer support for help.

Definitely check it out! It is much cheaper than Adobe and provides amazing features that are easy to access and use.

I am able to easily edit large PDF files to produce as exhibits. The ability to delete specific pages, move pages around in the document, extract pages while still leaving them intact in the existing PDF, combine PDFs, bates stamp, add exhibit labels, and use form filler has saved me an enormous amount of time.

The best thing about Foxit is that they offer a powerful program for a student discount at an excellent rate. I can have complete control over my PDFs at a great price that doesn't even have me thinking about the competition.

The user interface is not as polished as Adobe, but it's worth it because of the student price.

The ability to enter data into 'inactive' form fields improves my productivity and turnaround times. The software conversion options are particularly handy for editing purposes. Advanced features such as the OCR makes scanned documents editable.

Unfortunately and not unusually, the 'crash' often comes at the most inopportune time...inserting pages and before saving!

Reviews are a powerful decision-making tool and if you're looking for a 'clean' layout with multiple functionality, select the appropriate version of Foxit PhantomPDF for your requirements.

The dynamics of Foxit PhantomPDF align with what I expect from a PDF platform. Having the option of exporting PDF to accessible text is a tremendous benefit to my customers.

As a system admin, I am in constant need of create, editing, and converting PDF files. Foxit PhantomPDF has been the best tool I have used to do this. One feature I use continually is the ability to split a single PDF into multiple PDF’s and to combine them back.

At this time I do not have any dislikes. I would like to see more options for form creation and more actions that could be used to help create interactive forms.

You can also use Foxit PhantomPDF for creating interactive forms with prepopulated dropdowns and actions. I highly recommend it if you need to create or edit your PDF files.
