1. FortiGate NGFW is easy to configure and set up. The maintenance cost is low.
2. The dashboard is user-friendly and easy to understand.
3. Configuring any rule is an easy task as we can define the source, destination, ports, and services of our choice.
4. VPN configuration such as site-to-site and Remote VPN can also be configured which is much needed for organizations that have offices in different cities.

1. Firmware upgrade process needs downtime and its get malfunction sometime. Due to which we need to restart the services of firewall. 2. It should have more third party integration features as the vendor list is very limited. 3. Configuration of High Availability is quite difficult and this process need to be made easier. 4.
