What do you like best about Flxpoint?

I use Flxpoint to connect several different software data into a streamlined data flow for selling automotive accessories on Shopify. It allows me to stack data sources with fulfillment sources to connect to a sales channel, automating the process of getting data and products to customers. This eliminates the need for a lot of manual data compiling. I appreciate the flexibility and powerful nature of the software, as it is built in an open-ended way that offers utility in many different scenarios. I would specifically highlight the great onboarding process, where Adam went above and beyond to solve all my problems, ensuring I was ready to get going despite hurdles with outside software connections. I cannot imagine a scenario where someone could have done more during that onboarding process. Additionally, I find the ability to stack data into one product, the powerful rule-making systems, the creation of product bundles, and setting up multiple product sources to be valuable features in Flxpoint. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

Everything seems to work well, or if there is a problem, there seems to be a workaround. The only real issue is that the systems are complicated, but I see that as a necessity of what service is being provided. It is a powerful tool, but with that power and flexibility comes complexity. The use of the tool does take extensive onboarding and it is beneficial to have someone with technical knowledge, both on the buyer's side and Flxpoint's side. What do you like best about Flxpoint?

The upsides of using Flxpoint are a complete command of your order routing. Our company uses multiple sources for our offerings. The ability to bring that all into one location, see all the inventory, in pretty much real time, and route orders according to rules we set is a huge cost savings in not just man hours but our costs. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

The only downside is a lengthy onboarding process. But this is because of the overwhelming complexity of how we handle orders. We use 10+ sources, so there's a lot to configure and test before launching. BUT the upside is Flxpoint is always available with one on one Zoom calls, very quick responses via email. I like the amazing support from Flxpoint. It's great that you can book a call and someone will get back to you immediately. The team is amazing and patient, even if it takes you time to understand everything because it can be a lot to process sometimes. Their support team really takes the time to explain things clearly. What do you like best about Flxpoint?

What I like best about Flxpoint is how it brings all my inventory and order management into one place. It makes it easy to sync products across multiple sales channels, track stock levels in real time, and avoid overselling. The automation features save me a lot of time on daily tasks, and the interface is straightforward and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

There isn’t much to dislike about Flxpoint, but like any powerful platform, it can take a little time to learn all of the features at the beginning. Some of the more advanced tools have a learning curve, and initial setup can be a bit detailed. That said, once everything is configured, it runs very smoothly and saves a lot of time. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

I'm really not happy with Flxpoint. It didn't solve my problems and had system and integration issues. They still charged me for months of issues, and their service is super unresponsive. It can take a week to get an email reply, sometimes they don't respond at all, and there's no accountability. Plus, when setting up your account, they want $5k to help on top of the monthly fees. It's really frustrating, especially since signing up in March, I couldn't even sign in to my account due to integration hiccups and updates. When it finally started working a month later, they expected me to read all the documentation, which is tough with firearms regulations. Scheduling calls was difficult too—only available once a week—and even though emails promise a 24-hour response time, that's not what happens. All this and they're still charging me monthly. What do you like best about Flxpoint?

I appreciate how honest Victory was with me when I first inquired about Flxpoint and felt a sense of trust. I completed the onboarding process with Adam, who walked me through it and was very patient as I learned and asked questions about the platform. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

So far, my only dislike is not being able to delete a large number of unwanted archived SKUs at once, after adding all of the SKU exclusions. I found a workaround, however, and the team is currently reviewing the ticket I placed on that matter. The Team was also very flexible with me, allowing me adequate time to address the SKU overage. What do you like best about Flxpoint?

We went round the block looking for marketplace software as we have some really complex and niche requirements and having tried a few this one is far and away the best designed and most customisable. It can accommodate extremely complex workflows and every time we threw a different problem at them their support team were more than equal to the task, even during the prospecting stage before we'd signed contracts. Particular shout out to Justin our account manager who was on hand every time we needed him and was able to support us with some really innovative solutions to our more bespoke workflows. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

By design, the software is complex and customisable so you have to bear this in mind when signing up. If you want one-click installs and a super simple interface, this probably isn't for you. We had several unique requirements to configure, and Adam was incredibly helpful and committed to finding solutions for each one. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

As a marketplace, we have many unique requirements for our various vendors, and some of these have been challenging - or in certain cases, not possible to implement fully. We’ve also encountered issues related to vendors operating in different currencies, as they are based around the world. The Flxpoint team has been very accommodating in helping us build this functionality in, but it hasn’t been possible to make everything work exactly as we would ideally like.
