Usually, with tools like this, problems start showing up when they feel too rigid or start slowing things down with unnecessary steps. I’ve faced that in past projects, especially while designing structured flows like onboarding or appointment booking systems. But Flowstep hasn’t felt like that to me. It actually fits pretty well with how I already think and work as a designer. I didn’t have to change my process or force myself into a new way of doing things. It just blends in, which is rare. Most tools try to impose a system, but this one feels more like it supports your existing workflow instead of getting in the way. Of course, I’m aware that I’ve mostly used it in a certain scope so far. As I start using it for more complex or larger projects, I might notice gaps or areas where it could improve.
