I didn't have to learn how to use FlowMapp. It just works out the box. So many software tools that are designed to help us improve our workflow are but are bloated, unintuitive and with a steep learning curve. I hope that FlowMapp stayt focussed and don't try to be all things to all men. I love it, and have already recommended it to others who love it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with pretty much any productivity / project management software, they tend to be hell-bend on getting you up to a 'team' plan. I'm a company of one, on purpose. I intend to stay that way, but it doesn't mean I only have 5 projects in the air at any given time. I'd like to be able to see all my projects, without needing to archive, without paying for a 'team'. I see the pro plan has recently increased from 5 - 7 projects, which is why I just decided to pay up for the year.

Apart from that, no real negatives so far. I only use the sitemap feature so far, but look forwards to implementing other areas into my workflow when the opportunity arises.

You can easily build your web app maps, and then define user flows reusing the map pages. The UI is very intuitive and helps you think of what you need to build your desired flows.

I'm looking forward to seeing how FlowMapp evolves because it can facilitate enormously the dialogue between PMs, Designers and even Engineers, so we all share a common understanding of the most important user flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've started to use FlowMapp to represent a quite complex web application. I'd like to have a way to represent widgets that appear in different pages of my web app. And I wish I could to link different user flows among them.

Flowmapp let's me organize the basic work that neeeds to be done in the website planning process, and it makes the process visible and understandable for client. The learning curve of the software is steep for clients that needs to review the planned website. It always needs someone from our team to be presenting the map and tools around. I do rerely get my clients to input any comments, data or actual structure changes inside the FlowMapp ui. Allows the team and customers to easily visualize what they are getting. Sometimes the maps get really big, but it allows customers to view exactly what they are getting. We can easily export to SVG and put in our presentations/delivery system to customers.

We love the simple yet effective interface for specifying how web sites should be build. It makes collaboration between all strategy stakeholders easy and productive and facilitates the briefing of creative designers who must turn ideas into wireframes and page designs. Post strategy ideation - pre-wireframing stage: We'd like to sketch page sections structure a little more visually (like 2 sections, text on the left, picture on the right, CTA, etc.). I love how easy it is to quickly mockup a site heirarchy with as much or little detail as you need, and then export it to use in presentations or proposals. The ability to add coloured tags and even insert some content structure to the pages are really helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tested many similar services, but I have never met a real analogue. The speed and convenience of creating site maps is much higher than in other services. I use it in every project. Customers are very inclined to get a visual map of the site and are imbued with great confidence in us as professionals.
