"Easy to use, very straight forward!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Flowingly?

The software is self-explanatory and does not cause any difficulty in use. Creating new flows is very easy.

Another important fact is that whenever we need support, they respond very quickly, so there is no problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowingly?

There is nothing major. The tool still needs few updates, integrations and adjustments to achieve some of our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy but Powerful Process Management Tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Flowingly?

Flowingly is incredibly user friendly, allowing the efficient creation of process maps and workflows within our organisation that we previously didn't have completely documented. The personalised support offered by the Flowingly team has been a great touch as well, to ensure that we are always up to date on changes within the tool and are able to get support when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowingly?

There can be some minor bugs, but this comes with the territory of a constantly improving tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect tool for Paperlite initiatives"
4/5
What do you like best about Flowingly?

We investigated many workflow management tools available on the market, however as a small organisation we failed to receive a satisfactory level of product awareness and understanding of our business goals.

The difference between Flowingly and other products offered was the onboarding and individualised customer succession planning, where we discuss our goals and objectives to assist with firm wide adoption. This has been instrumental in the success of reducing our paper processes whilst still maintaining our regulatory compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowingly?

There are some minor bugs that need to be worked out within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This is my review"
4/5
What do you like best about Flowingly?

The forms are very simple to build, requires little to no experience, I am more of a super user with computers so i'm not sure how that would compare with a user with less capabilities. The reporting feature is good and will be a very important part for us going forward.

Making the forms user friendly which will ultimately enhance the users experience. Utilizing the workflow to redirect a form down different paths, this is allowing us to combine multiple paper based forms which are similar into one digital form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowingly?

I'd say the biggest thing would be the lack of customisation / control.

There's a few minor things like not carrying over the total table currency to an email.

Being able to send a form to yourself to approve. Deleting old users is tedious.

That being said Flowingly is a very young product in the grand scheme of things and will only get better as time goes on.

I'm not a big fan of the form being on the right and the previous steps on the left. The way I would have it, is having a clickable box on the left that can hide/show the previous steps. A big chunk of our user base does not like the current layout.

I don't like the use of technical jargon in some areas, for example "Select dynamic actor". Simple concept for IT, process maps type workers to understand, for others not so. I would have this "select dynamic actor" text editable.

The permissions are limited. For example, ideally i would like to create an area for a team to create process maps / forms, and give that team permissions on that one area. the current way the permissions are set up they are quite global or require myself to create a process map or form and give a user group access. Response from Sean Wallace of Flowingly

Thanks for the review and valuable feedback. Especially in regards to the governance and control aspects of Flowingly. Like you said, we're a young product and this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us develop.

I've passed your comments on to our Product team to review.

Thanks again,

Sean

"Using Flowingly was one of the best decisions we made, we're never going back."
5/5
What do you like best about Flowingly?

Flowingly helps organise your business. When our work flow is smooth, everything else runs better around it.

You can use the system for process and procedures as well as complete flow diagrams in the system to better illustrate procedures.

Building workflows and forms is simple - and if you;re doing somehting more comples, there's great support to help you out.

All feedback is welcomed, and client feedback leads to chanegs and improvements - so it feels like Flowingly is growing with your business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowingly?

Everywhere I look in our business I see something that can go in Flowingly - so initially, it feels like I'm creating more work for myself.

At first, I thought I didn't have time to build the work flows or use the system. i learned that fostering engagement and some staff training is important . And the Flowingly team help you out with it, they are alwauys asking how they can help improve yoru experience, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flowingly is the most user-friendly process management tool on the market"
5/5
What do you like best about Flowingly?

One of the best features is the ability to quickly document our processes. Staff with very little experience can quickly pick up how to use Flowingly. It has saved us quite a lot of time when implementing the tool. Our staff were very surprised at how easy it was to use Flowingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowingly?

The visual elements of the Flowingly processes are very basic and could be improved to give users better user experience, e.g. the task boxes could have the feature to upload images to provide better visual cues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works for our Ministry"
4/5
What do you like best about Flowingly?

Simple GUI, easy to learn and anyone can start creating workflows within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowingly?

Has a couple of design flaws such as not being able to bring over the total amount of currency calculations to the next step in a workflow but this is being addressed by the Flowingly team. Another is the positioning of the fields or lack of being able to insert a field anywhere on a form at creation, you have to manually maneuver the field to where you would like to position it on the form. "Good Product"
5/5
What do you like best about Flowingly?

The fact we are now able to get our staff to adhere to a process and procedure and not rely on them remembering the process.

Created a training document that we can train new staff with, and they get prompted when using the flow as to what to do next in processes.

The product does what it claims to and pretty well, easy GUI, a few areas that still require tweaking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowingly?

Databases needs further refining and the ability to write data and then extract it at later dates or in later flows would be very beneficial.

The decision making function is not as functional as I would like to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
