FPM is affordable and provides what our company of 400+ employees needs. Since taking on FPM, our employee directory has been streamlined allowing every employee in the company to access what they need in the snap of a finger. It also allows for easy updating, where previously, we would go 6months to a year without revisions. There were several User Friendly functionalities missing but their customer service is ON POINT. They make it a priority to try and make it as interactive as possible for the customer. Floor Mapper makes it incredibly easy for us to find locations throughout our building and easily integrates into AD.
