Fingale Reviews & Product Details

Fingale is post-meeting automation built for financial advisors using Wealthbox CRM. After every client meeting, advisors leave a voice note, upload a transcript, or use a meeting recording. Fingale drafts every post-meeting admin task in one place. The advisor reviews everything in a single approval screen, edits anything that needs adjusting, and clicks approve. The work then executes directly to Wealthbox in seconds. What used to take 20–30 minutes of admin per meeting now takes 2–3 minutes of review. Key features: -Voice note, transcript, or recording as input — no need to record the meeting itself -Deep Wealthbox integration: contacts, tasks, workflows, opportunities, custom fields, notes -Audit-ready compliance documentation generated for every meeting -Personalized client follow-up email drafting for Gmail or Outlook -Pre-filled DocuSign forms -Single-screen review and approval workflow -Calendar sync with Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook -Trigger quotes from the meeting transcript shown for every action item Built for: Solo financial advisors, small RIA firms, Wealthbox CRM users Integrates with: Wealthbox CRM, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, DocuSign Pricing: Founding customer plans available for early advisors. $99/month for up to 40 client meetings. $180/month for unlimited meetings.
