You don't need to worry anymore about infected attachments that are sent to your users mailboxes as it will be scanned filtered and delivered to your users free of malwares, viruses, macros and malicious codes. I have already given my suggestions to the Product developers and hope that these suggestions will be taken into consideration in the next version, which is related to FileWall policies while you are creating them if you forgot to save the policy and move to another tab your configuration will be lost. I don't to inform the users to scan attached files embedded in emails and no need to update their virous definition files as the Filewall Service will handle that from the cloud service level before reaching the client machines. Considering the increased security threats these days specially in terms of malware sent as attachments in various formats it is imperative to have a reliable solution to deal with them in real-time. I have been using solutions like ATP to deal with such security issues but we have still observed some of the attachment types to come through and granular level of configurations and policy changes are not possible in ATP, whereas with filewall my experience is totally different. This is a more stable solution which doesn’t have any dependency on other tools and can work in parallel along with other solutions you have for email filtering. This tool is far more user friendly and easy to administer. You can configure filewall within 5-10 minutes and can start using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Filewall is a necessary security layer along with basic EOP. I configured Filewall and it was very easy to deploy and manage. I have experienced that EOP is not enough and does not block all infected files.
