What do you like best about fileAI?

What do you dislike about fileAI?

It is pricey and sometimes processing time can be slow. Setting needs to be done before uploading the data to Xero and this is also time consuming to do - I hope this step can be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is fileAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

In accounting industry, you often have to deal with huge volume of transactions - hundreds and even thousands of invoices to be recorded. In the past, this is done manually by our employees which is very time consuming and also more prone to human errors being made. fileAI helps to increase our efficiency and eliminate human errors. fileAI gets information from one place to another seamlessly. They do more than that, it has logic controls and parameters to help you validate the exports. What do you like best about fileAI?

fileAI has been super helpful in easing the pain of my accounting processes. I am a solo-preneur and before using fileAI I spent way too much time on random accounting processes like reconciliation. fileAI has reduced the time I spend there dramatically. What do you dislike about fileAI?

I think there could be more educational resources around how to get the most out of the platform. There seem to constantly be new features being released, so I'm sure I'm not making the most out of all the capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

fileAI has made handling documents and pulling data way easier. Before, we were stuck doing a lot of manual data entry, which was super time-consuming and a bit of a pain. "Time saver for bill with numerous line items"

What do you like best about fileAI?

"Improved work efficiency for recordings of routine bills"

What do you like best about fileAI?

After setting up the export rules in Bluesheets, we've been able to automate the full recording of bills into Xero by just forwarding the emailed bills or uploading the bills to Bluesheets. These definitely save at least 60% of work time, improving our efficiency. At times of hiccups, the chat button allows us to quickly highlight the issues and the support team shows dedication in resolving the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
