It can even recognise handwritten notes. **What do you dislike about fileAI?** It is pricey and sometimes processing time can be slow. Setting needs to be done before uploading the data to Xero and this is also time consuming to do - I hope this step can be simplified. **What problems is fileAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** In accounting industry, you often have to deal with huge volume of transactions - hundreds and even thousands of invoices to be recorded. In the past, this is done manually by our employees which is very time consuming and also more prone to human errors being made. fileAI helps to increase our efficiency and eliminate human errors. With the time saved, our employees can now focus on more complex job instead of mindlessly doing data entry. ### 2. These definitely save at least 60% of work time, improving our efficiency.
