Fieldsta Reviews & Product Details

Fieldsta is lead response and customer support software that automates engagement with inquiries while maintaining human oversight. The platform answers new leads within one minute and provides support through a website chat interface that operates around the clock. Fieldsta responds only with information provided by the business, escalating conversations to human agents when inquiries exceed documented facts. Installation requires a single line of HTML code, and the chat bubble can be customized to match brand colors and communication style. When escalation occurs, visitor email addresses are captured to enable follow-up. Monthly reports deliver metrics on conversation volume, messages handled, after-hours responses, and warm leads generated. The software escalates binding commitments such as refunds or delivery dates to prevent misinformation. Businesses can deploy lead response functionality, customer support functionality, or both.
