"Field Nation extends our coverage without extending our overhead"

What do you like best about Field Nation?

Finding technicians is a breeze - we're a coast to coast company that provides a niche service and service delivery is paramount. Knowing we can lean on experts in their respective fields, and communicate quickly, is great. Our business is able to expand and support markets that we're not actively employed in due to variable volume - Field Nation allows us to meet our objectives and grow our business easily and quickly.

What do you dislike about Field Nation?

With any vendor/contract sourcing process, some people are better than others - there is also a very important setup process when vetting and finding technicians that must be executed to ensure you always receive top notch talent that is communicative, collaborative, and efficient.

What problems is Field Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have customers in markets where we no longer have direct employees - Field Nation makes supporting those customers ad-hoc without much of a lift of effort.

"A lifesaver for our customers and our Field Ops"

What do you like best about Field Nation?

Ease of use. Quality of providers. Available and speedy support.

What do you dislike about Field Nation?

I do wish they had a mobile app for the business side.

What problems is Field Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Field Ops techs have rather large areas. Sometimes it isn't feasible for them to drive 6-8 hours for a repair that takes one hour, or they are already booked for a site visit or install when a customer needs an emergency repair done. Field Nation providers close to the customer can get the job done affordably and quickly. It has helped keep our customers happy and our Field Ops healthy!

Easy to vet technicians prior to selecting them for a job. Easy to create work orders describing step by step on what needs to be done. Support has always been easy to connect with if ever needed.

Sometimes technicians don't have the experience you'd think they would once on jobsite after thorough vetting.

What problems is Field Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding technicians in areas where our company has no availability or no coverage. Allows us to have installations completed much sooner.

"Great Resource for Sourcing Technicians in Remote Locations"

What do you like best about Field Nation?

The field nation platform is user friendly. Once you create a post with your work order details, the platform recommends techs that are best suited for your pending dispatch. The platform also allows your company's sourcing team to grade the techs you've worked with and build a set of recommened techs. It is easy to run custom analytic reports. What I appreciate most about field nation is their support team. Should you run into any technical issues or technician excalations on a work order, Field nation's support team works to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. All in all, Field nation is a great resource when it comes to low voltage work, next day requests, and remote locations.

What do you dislike about Field Nation?

The limitations that we have found with Field Nation are when it comes to sourcing for more complicated work orders.

Field nation does not have the ability to request 2 technicians for 1 dispatch. They also have a limited selection of technicians that can do electrical work. Lastly, if your team needs to conduct a site survey for your dispatch, the techs on the platform do not always know how to provide a detailed site survey or will sometimes try to pass along their field nation service fees. Field nation works best for tickets that are time and materials, and not quoted work.

What problems is Field Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Field nation helps expand our team's coverage area and has allowed us to succesfully source dispatch requests in remote areas.

Field nation is a great tool to use for same day or next day dispatch requests, allowing our team to meet our clients' SLA's.

What do you dislike about Field Nation?

Currently there are not many things to say negatively about Field Nation. Their ability to resolve technician disputes, site anomolies and other conditions that can negatively impact a job site are fantastic.

What problems is Field Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Field Nation is currently soliving the needs we have for specific types of technicians in the domestic market. Their team is taking our needs and converting them into tangible results that allow us to build out technician network.
