The reports are very easy to use. The client is able to understand it easily. In the future, we may add the benchmarking feature. **What do you dislike about fi360 Toolkit?** I wish there were more columns to set more criteria. I'd like to be able to have more columns to view before generating the report. **What problems is fi360 Toolkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fund due diligence. There are other things that I really like about this product such as Fi360 Fiduciary Score® analysis, Customizable Due Diligence Criteria and watch list management capabilities and also Flexible and diverse FINRA-reviewed reporting options. It is easy to understand and use and produces a variety of useful reports clients can understand. **What do you dislike about fi360 Toolkit?** I do dislike the fact that there a few features that require you pay an additional fee which should come bundled within the $2400 Yearly Subscription. Tech issues and compatibility and i also expected better given they have increased our cost so dramatically. **Recommendations to others considering fi360 Toolkit:** I've been using fi360 Toolkit for several years as an AIF and member of fi360. Until recently have not had many problems but while generating reports for the recent quarter I have experienced issues with opening a report that has been generated. In order to get reports to open from the Report Queue, I have to log out each time and log back in. I have cleared all issues on my end with temporary files, cache, etc. Contacted support and it was suggested that I use a browser other than Internet Explorer, such as Firefox. I don't know about anyone else but I certainly am not interested in having to use a different browser for every tool or software in my office. Internet Explorer is the most popular browser in the world. Doesn't make it the best and I know Microsoft has their issues, but that's the world we live in. If that is the "solution" we are going to get from fi360's tech team, not acceptable. Especially given the recent increase in the price of this software to its members which was better than a 30% increase with another increase expected at our next renewal. You can't increase the price while lowering the level of service. **What problems is fi360 Toolkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are managing 401k Monitoring Reports, 401k proposals and 401k Investments. ### 9.
