Recommendations to others considering fi360 Toolkit:
I've been using fi360 Toolkit for several years as an AIF and member of fi360. Until recently have not had many problems but while generating reports for the recent quarter I have experienced issues with opening a report that has been generated. In order to get reports to open from the Report Queue, I have to log out each time and log back in. I have cleared all issues on my end with temporary files, cache, etc. Contacted support and it was suggested that I use a browser other than Internet Explorer, such as Firefox. I don't know about anyone else but I certainly am not interested in having to use a different browser for every tool or software in my office. Internet Explorer is the most popular browser in the world. Doesn't make it the best and I know Microsoft has their issues, but that's the world we live in. If that is the "solution" we are going to get from fi360's tech team, not acceptable. Especially given the recent increase in the price of this software to its members which was better than a 30% increase with another increase expected at our next renewal. You can't increase the price while lowering the level of service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
