Support went over the training very quickly and just showed us how to do things from their screen. It would have been much easier if they directed us where to go and what to click so we could build that familiarity with the software. Also, the training schedules fill up quickly, I had to wait 2 weeks for a 1 hour training, and when it wasn't enough I wanted to schedule another training, but the wait time was another 10 days so I just gave up. We use both Audit Trail, and the access reviews and segregation of duties functionality. They both have been incredibly valuable in answering questions about why things have happened, and so help us to prevent unwanted occurrences in the future. The level of support and training Fastpath provides for their product is above and beyond what you would expect. Security and auditing for changes are both very complicated and overwhelming tasks to analyze. it does take quite a bit of understanding of the data to make sense of what you're looking at, but that's to be expected. There's nothing Fastpath or any other solution can do to help that. It just requires using the product and getting to know the data to make the most of it. Fastpath helped us automate SOD management and periodic evaluation. It also serves as a prevention mechanism to identify potential SOD issues before they move to production.

My organization relies heavily on a number of the standard reporting tools, out of the box. The reports are straightforward to use. I appreciate the great support that included with our license.
