## About EveryGrove
EveryGrove is AI-native software built for tree care and arborist businesses, running the whole job from the first call to final payment in one platform. Most field service software in the tree care industry was built years ago and has had AI features bolted on afterward. EveryGrove was built the other way around: AI sits at the foundation of the product, not layered on top of it. That difference shows up most clearly in Willow, EveryGrove's AI voice agent. Willow answers every inbound call 24/7, in the company's name, qualifies the caller, creates the lead in the system, and books the estimate directly onto the calendar, with zero manual entry. For a tree care business, where a large share of new work comes in by phone and crews are often out of the office or up in a tree when calls arrive, that turns a missed call into a lost job far less often. From there, EveryGrove runs the rest of the operation end to end. Crews build proposals on-site using job-site photos and GPS, so estimates go out before the crew leaves the property instead of getting written up back at the office that night. Scheduling and crew dispatch run off one shared calendar with a map view of every job. Work orders switch between English and Spanish with a single tap, built for the bilingual crews common in the industry. Automated follow-up sequences by text and email chase every open proposal and invoice until the customer responds. Invoicing includes text-to-pay and two-way QuickBooks sync, so the office and the field stay in sync without double entry. EveryGrove is priced flat per company rather than per user, with every team member included at no additional cost. The same product works for a single-truck operator and for a multi-location franchise standardizing operations across every crew, and onboarding is typically complete within a day. Willow is also available as a standalone product, separate from the full platform, for tree care companies not ready to switch their whole operation, and for businesses outside tree care that simply want every call answered by an AI voice agent rather than going to voicemail. EveryGrove integrates with QuickBooks, Stripe, Outlook, and Google, and is a member of the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA).
