Its robots are mainly responsible for imitating actions so that tasks can be carried out without mishaps. It connects well with data and has partners worldwide. It offers training in case you do not understand it, but it has many functions that can be useful, from customer service such as translations or registrations. It is quite comprehensive. **What do you dislike about EpiGenie RPA?** It is a complete tool but it is for professionals. I would not recommend it for novices unless they take one of its seminars. However, in terms of operation, I have no criticism. **What problems is EpiGenie RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the EpiGenie RPA Approach to simplify any or certain portions of the processes of our enterprise. We need to look more on the cost minimization front. Also, simplify the onboarding process a bit. **What problems is EpiGenie RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is saving lots of costs. The manual errors went away. Also, we are getting maximum outputs. Whatever price we spent on this product is really worth for us ### 3. The bug free process are increasing the operational efficiency which is helping us and giving more and more better result. overall support and help is really good **What do you dislike about EpiGenie RPA?** The user interface of the application is not loving and easy to understand so this and are to improve. the other products have many more features which we don't see and causing us to think more. SO adding new features is primary focus are for you **Recommendations to others considering EpiGenie RPA:** I personally recommend everyone to use the platform for process automation and this improved the process completion rate. The cost reduction is a high level as many process getting finished with any manual intevetion. The analytics and reporting features are really good and giving more insights than expected **What do you dislike about EpiGenie RPA?** The product valaution is too high and above the bench mark and needs to minimized, this will pull more people or clinets under the table. The looks and feel of the product is need to focus on and more features is a good addtion to the value it's getting sold **Recommendations to others considering EpiGenie RPA:** The best workflow automation platform ever used. recently we have started using this and excited about seeing workflows geeting complted on time , quick and without errors. The manual intervetion is less hence the results are much better. so go and get it **What problems is EpiGenie RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reconcillation of many financial things happening manually which is automated now.
