Envato is a huge portal of resources for UX, UI, slides, video, and more. I love that it has so many filters to help me search for a specific asset, especially when I need something that works with a particular platform or software. I’m also on the student plan, and the amount you can get for the money is amazing. On top of that, the claimclear integration for youtube helps a lot when you use many assets for video creation, since it’s reviewed automatically and saves a lot of time. What I like best about Envato is the vast library of high-quality assets available in one place. What I dislike most is the credit-based limitation on AI features, even with a subscription. Envato makes my life easier. Envato saves me time on searches, as I find everything I need here. It is an online site, which easily allows us to download (forever) all its content: images, videos, fonts, music (and their usage rights), plugins for software like Photoshop or Figma. Additionally, presentations, templates of all kinds. And recently, they incorporated AI-generated images and videos. It has helped me a lot in design. Being an online site, it is easy to use and does not require implementation. Its files integrate with Photoshop, Figma, Affinity, DaVinci Resolve, PowerPoint, and many more. Envato used to help me quickly source music and creative assets during the early research phase of production.

In the past, it allowed me to share audio previews with clients, editors and animators to support collaborative decision-making and approvals.

However, recent changes have removed any workable client or team preview workflow. Audio previews are now locked to the account session that copied the link, which prevents collaboration and makes Envato unsuitable for real production use beyond private research. Envato Elements used to be a useful tool for professional production workflows.

Unfortunately, recent changes have made the music library practically unusable in real client and team environments.

This means:

– clients cannot listen to proposed tracks,

– editors and animators cannot access previews,

– collaboration requires sharing login credentials, which is unsafe and unacceptable.

Envato support confirmed that there is no public or shareable preview access, no collaboration workflow, and no alternative solution planned.

As a result, Envato Elements currently works only as a private, single-user research library, not as a professional tool for teams, agencies, or client-facing productions.

Envato has a large selection of good stock photos. I've found them particularly helpful for pictures of food, something that isn't always easy to find, and images for various holidays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The internal search engine struggles. Each word you add increases your results rather than refining them. Their graphics are limited and difficult to use, often coming in multi-image sheets in formats that aren't easy for the average consumer to use.

I don't know where to start, when it comes to all the good things about Envato!

GREATE VALUE!

I found them years ago when buying WordPress themes on CodeCanyon, and then saw the amazing value they offered for stock images, which I used for creating websites and content writing.

As time went on, I got into making videos, so I started finding all the stock video, royalty-free music, and sound-effects. Over the past (?) year or so, I've noticed, they have added an impressive, amazing "buffet" of Ai tools which are INCLUDED in my yearly subscription!

ALMOST DAILY USE!

I work on videos almost every day and totally rely on certain sound effects, etc, not to mention the Ai tools. I have been able to create amazing, beautiful images, videos, and even music, all using my Envato account.

EXCELLENT QUALITY!

I do use all kinds of different Ai Tools, and usually find the Envato creates the BEST images and videos of all of them. I would totally do an infomercial for them LOL, and I'd tell anyone that this is the most amazing value for royalty-free materials as well as Ai resources.

EASY TO USE!

Because I use all kinds of online services, I have to compliment Envato for ease of use. Everything works as expected and their Ai EDITING is - wow - just awesome!

CONSTANTLY IMPROVING / UPGRADING!

It seems every time I log-in, there are new features - I find myself browsing 'recreationally' to see what's new - and the Ai is constantly improving.

I don't like how my account was blocked after purchasing a theme, and I can't access the license or request a refund. I find the software lacking in quality and user-friendliness.
