I like EnergyCAP UtilityManagement because of the savings we generate from its data. It helps troubleshoot real-world issues that trigger flagged bills. By identifying and investigating these flagged issues in the field, we can solve problems effectively and generate cost avoidance.

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

I'm not satisfied with the abilities of Watts AI within EnergyCAP UtilityManagement. I feel it could have higher data manipulation capabilities and the ability to add variables to the data I'm seeking. This improvement would make it more beneficial for my needs.

EnergyCAP is very robust yet surprisingly easy to use for all different types of users and their reasons to use it.

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

Finding time to do all the things I want to do in the program and make use of all the analysis it provides.

**What problems is EnergyCAP UtilityManagement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a system of record for all of our energy and water bills. Having all this data in one place provides a long list of benefits. Some of the benefits include paying accurate bills timely, tracking and understanding electric and water use, and using the analysis of the data to drive decisions for saving resources and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

**What do you like best about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

I like having everything all in one place with EnergyCAP UtilityManagement. I also find the BillCapture feature valuable for my needs.

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

I find the kickouts in EnergyCAP UtilityManagement to be a bit frustrating, as they could be made easier to solve. Additionally, the initial setup was quite a bit of work, and it would be much better if the process was more automated to save time and effort.

**What problems is EnergyCAP UtilityManagement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EnergyCAP UtilityManagement solves tracking issues and centralizes all utilities data in one place. I use the Bill Capture feature effectively.

**What do you like best about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

I appreciate that EnergyCAP UtilityManagement is cheaper than in-house development. It's better at identifying the different meters, which adds value to the overall experience for me.

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

I wish it was easier at naming the different meters, and the initial setup took months, which was a pain. I also think better graphing customization options could improve the experience.

**What problems is EnergyCAP UtilityManagement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EnergyCAP UtilityManagement solves the challenges of expensive in-house development, making metering and charging efficient and identifying different meters better.

Breakout of features as individual products, but every company does that.

I like EnergyCAP UtilityManagement because there's no need for development, which simplifies things for me. I also appreciate its interval data feature, which works well for my needs.

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

The chargebacks when new meters are added are clunky. Also, there's no ability to edit meter reset data, which is frustrating.

EnergyCAP UtilityManagement helps us with customer billing and provides interval data without needing development work.

EnergyCAP has a clean and user-friendly interface. The overall layout makes it easier to learn and use the system, especially for users who are new to EnergyCAP.

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike.

The bill audit feature really helps validate bills. It helps improve data accuracy and completeness.

**What do you like best about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

EnergyCap has several modules that can be added later to the software. These modules provide and allow for ways to track companies energy usage viewed from several angles. The Cardon Hub and Smart Analytic modules are very informative and resourceful when decision are needing to be made base upon data. Support is always available. Software is very ease to learn. The implementation process takes time base upon the amount of data you have to load.

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

There is so much to learn and so many options to select from. May take some time to become comfortable navigating and learning all what the software can provide.

**What problems is EnergyCAP UtilityManagement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EnergyCap addresses several key challenges faced by my employer, including the lack of interval data, limited reporting capabilities, and the inability to track excessive or wasted energy usage. It also provides insights into overall energy consumption and pinpoints where energy is being used. By resolving these issues, EnergyCap helps reduce energy costs and improve operational efficiency. Correcting theses items will help save with the cost of energy being used.

**What do you like best about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

EnergyCAP is great product and easy to navigate. I want to talk about the customer service. EnergyCAP has dedicated customer service professionals that are there to make sure you are successful. They are very responsive and easy to schedule a meeting with if needed. EnergyCap also has Eco champions that allows customers to interact and learn from each other. EnergyCap also has monthly training sessions on multiple topics. After you have purchased the product they are there for you!

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

For what we use EnergyCAP for we currently don’t have anything that we dislike about the product or company

**What problems is EnergyCAP UtilityManagement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using EnergyCAP to capture our greenhouse gas emissions.

EnergyCAP's robust analysis and reporting capabilities helps in energy management, sustainability, accounting, and building operations. It is the best energy management tool.

Project Capturing component should be more effective.

We have discovered invoicing mistakes, facility issues, some ability to track project performance, and more time to work on efficiency projects. With the help of EnergyCAP, These problems have been solved. We can work more efficiently and save more money throughout the entire organization with the help of EnergyCAP software.

EnergyCap organize the data for physical meters separate from the accounts for our utility bills. For that reason, creating an efficient chargeback program is easy.

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

We would like to see more Artificial intelligence reporting and dashboards in EnergyCap platform.

With our co-generation and solar systems, we use EnergyCap for Utility and BTU billing, it is simple and fast.

**What do you like best about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

EnergyCAP allows you to take your data and be able to create a narrative around your energy use. The visual tools have been so helpful in trying to gain support within my organization.

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

I wish the dashboard and ENERGY STAR features were updated more frequently. I also wish there was a better project capturing component.

Communication around our energy usage. Dashboards and reports have been a great way to communicate to our organization.

It has given me more time to work on other impactful projects rather than analyzing data.

**What do you dislike about EnergyCAP UtilityManagement?**

The project management portion isn’t as robust as I’d like it.

We’ve found billing errors, facility problems, been able to track project performance in some capacity, and found more time to work on efficiency projects.
