One thing I dislike about EmbedFeed is that the analytics aren’t easily integrated or pushed into GA4 or BigQuery. While the built-in analytics dashboard gives a good overview of engagement, it’s quite limited for deeper analysis. It would be far more powerful if the platform allowed direct data export or automated syncing with GA4 and BigQuery so performance could be tracked alongside other digital channels in one ecosystem. As a long-term user, I've noticed that they have changed their plans a few times over the years. This hasn't been a major issue for me, but it does mean I need to take some time to learn about the new features or changes. I find EmbedFeed to be a wonderful tool that significantly enhances our website's functionality and user engagement. I love how intuitive Embed has been to use and the support Embed offers to help you utilize the software. I had a proactive Customer Success Manager who offered meetings, a trial extension then fantastic customer service in troubleshooting an additional account I started in error. It makes it very easy to have reviews from Google added to your site regularly. I like that you can filter and only allow reviews that meet a certain criteria be displayed. This means if someone leaves a poor review, it doesn't accidentally find it's way to your website! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing we disliked was the cost of the service. It's a great product, but for the small amount of reviews our team gets we didn't feel it was necessary to continue using it. We decided to just manually upload our best reviews to our site instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it's highly customizable - you can tailor it to match your exact rendering criteria. The UX/UI feels very intuitive, and the widget integrates nicely with my Squarespace website - installation went smooth and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some configuration options don't necessarily work, eg. I turned on "autoplay on hover" and somehow videos are not autoplaying when I put mouse over them. Would be lovely to have this functionality working, so people could kinda "preview" videos, without necessarily clicking and opening them.

Also with the lightbox layout on, when meta data are visible, on iphone 13, I can't see "unmute" buttons, which is painful, seems like video can only be seen, not heard.
