Eluvium Reviews & Product Details

Eluvium.ai is an agentic procurement platform designed to automate the entire "intake-to-procure" lifecycle using specialized AI agents. Unlike traditional procurement software that relies on manual forms and spreadsheets, Eluvium uses autonomous digital workers to handle the tactical execution of purchasing. Core Functionality The platform is centered around an AI assistant (often referred to as **Ellie**) that manages end-to-end workflows: Purchase Intake: Users describe what they need via chat (from office supplies to manufacturing materials), and the AI gathers specifications, budget details, and timelines. Supplier Sourcing: The system automatically searches internal databases or external markets to find and validate relevant suppliers. Automated RFQs: It prepares and sends Requests for Quotations (RFQs), manages follow-ups, and handles supplier clarifications without human intervention. Quote Evaluation: The AI extracts data from supplier responses, normalizes them into comparison tables, and provides side-by-side analysis of price, lead time, and delivery terms. Key Benefits Efficiency: Reports suggest up to a 55% reduction in procurement cycle times and a 76% reduction in time spent on the intake-to-procure process. Cost Savings: AI-driven category management and quote evaluation can lead to an average of 15% in cost reductions. Governance: The platform automatically applies organizational procurement policies and spending limits, ensuring compliance across all transactions. System Integration: It is designed to sit on top of existing enterprise systems like ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MRPs, extracting information from emails and attachments to create a centralized data source.
