"Finally, I can focus on building - not managing servers"
What do you like best about Elestio?

Three things really stand out for me. First, zero DevOps headaches: automatic SSL certificates, backups, and security updates mean I can focus on building instead of server maintenance. Second, it’s a Docker-native platform: I deploy my docker-compose files directly, and everything just works. Spinning up a new project takes minutes, not hours. Third, there’s one dashboard for everything: all my clients’ projects are in one place, with easy monitoring, access to logs, and quick scaling when needed.

The real game-changer is that I can deploy complex stacks (Node.js + PostgreSQL + Redis + Nginx) with a single click. What used to take me a full day of server configuration now takes 2 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elestio?

Resource usage costs can be hard to predict upfront, especially with more complex setups. This is minor complaint. The time I save on infrastructure management far outweighs any small inconveniences, and support has always been responsive whenever I’ve hit roadblocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The cloud hosting you will love"
What do you like best about Elestio?

Elest.io saves us a lot of work and headaches, but if there’s one thing that truly stands out, it’s their support: they solve problems quickly and professionally. That alone saves money, because it’s hard to provide the same level of help internally at such a low cost.

We can update our software across many servers and different branches automatically, without lifting a finger for setup or networking. The API is also great if you want to automate server creation.

Overall, the software is easy to use and integrates many solid hosters like Hetzner or Netcup, which seem quite competitive in terms of price. At the same time, some of their typical weaknesses are addressed, since you get additional backups included—something regular hosting often doesn’t provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elestio?

I like everything and if there were problems, the were fixed quick, so I have zero things to compain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elestio Makes Client Deployments Fast, Reliable, and Predictable"
What do you like best about Elestio?

What I like about Elestio is that it gives us a straightforward way to deploy and manage applications for our clients without a lot of infrastructure overhead. It helps us get environments up quickly, keeps hosting and scaling more predictable, and lets our team stay focused on delivering product value rather than spending too much time on server administration. For client-facing work, that reliability and simplicity are genuinely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elestio?

What I dislike/find limiting about Elestio is that, while it is convenient, it can feel a bit limiting when we want really deeper control or more customised infrastructure setups for client projects. As requirements become more complex, we can run into platform constraints, and that can make it harder to fine-tune environments compared with managing everything ourselves. So the trade-off is simplicity versus flexibility. But for majority of our clients, the simplicity is all that's needed. However, you can always work with the Elestio support team to get into deeper customization. So its not a deadend, but just needs a little longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Deployment with Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about Elestio?

I love the support. The support is amazing and they're great at being able to help directly and steer me to the right places. I also love the caliber of the tools and the access to different servers that I can get through Elestio. I'm able to deploy on some really powerful software in a much more cost-effective way than I would otherwise. With their help, I feel like I operate at a higher level than I would on my own. Access to powerful software through Elestio has been a game changer for me. Their one-click deploys make it easy to deploy, upgrade, and get access to the hardware I need at a reasonable cost. Overall, Elestio allows me to host and manage my platforms effectively without needing to deeply understand every technical aspect myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elestio?

One of the biggest things that would be useful for me is if I have to restore something, having more of the settings come through and require less reset up. So, like, I have to reset up the domain names, sometimes the back end database, and some of that. If there was a little bit more seamless, that would be useful. The other thing that could be useful, some of the softwares don't always stay up to date. It's probably based on demand, which makes sense. But if everything was able to stay up to date always, that'd be cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Managed Hosting for n8n: Solved our Data Sovereignty Needs with World-Class Support"
What do you like best about Elestio?

The standout feature of Elest.io is undoubtedly their support, which goes far beyond standard hosting troubleshooting. We are running n8n in a production environment, which requires specific tuning to handle heavy workloads. The Elest.io team provided "white-glove" service, helping us configure the most optimized settings for our instance. They didn't just give us a server; they ensured our application performed at its peak.

Furthermore, the platform's reliability has been flawless. We require high availability for our workflows, and Elest.io has delivered consistent uptime without a hitch. The pricing model is also transparent and offers immense value given the level of managed service included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elestio?

I would love to see their catalog expand to include even more cutting-edge, heavy-compute services. Specifically, I am looking for the absolute latest database versions—like SQL Server 2025—and 'bare bone' AI inference services that give us raw performance without unnecessary overhead. They handle standard hosting perfectly, but having these specific high-performance options would be the cherry on top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective, Supportive Infrastructure Service"
What do you like best about Elestio?

I appreciate that Elestio provides a ready-to-use infrastructure that they manage, which allows us to run open-source apps at very affordable costs. They effectively reduce our system administration expenses to zero. I also like their Ticketing System because they always try to help at no cost. Whenever I'm stuck, I just create a ticket. Additionally, the initial setup of Elestio was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elestio?

The auto charging system should be improved. I don't want my services to be cut, so when my balance comes to zero, it should charge it from my card automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick setup, powerful hosting solution, design in need of improvement"
What do you like best about Elestio?

I appreciate Elestio because it allows me to host open source software quickly without major headaches. It is especially helpful for hosting AI software like Open WebUI, Supabase, and other tools, without having to worry about DevOps or managing servers. Elestio takes away the concerns about hosting and working with the Ubuntu command line, especially when things need to move quickly. Additionally, the initial setup of the service was relatively simple and easy. It helps me immensely when I want to quickly build prototypes and need open source software available on the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elestio?

So, I think the visual design of the app should be improved. The UX and the design could be significantly more modern and fresher. It doesn't feel quite as modern and could be a bit more fun to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless OpenSource Stack Hosting."
What do you like best about Elestio?

I really like the ease of infrastructure and software setup and configuration with Elestio. It's impressive how quickly I can launch a new stack. The initial setup was very easy, and kudos to the Elestio team for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elestio?

Sometimes the speed of support, especially over weekends, could be improved. The speed of responses and availability of experts during the weekend needs enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
