## Ekklesia 360 Reviews
  ### 1. Limits creativity in designing the website

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed M. | R&D Manager at Mobica, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Ekklesia 360?**

Ekklesia 360 excels for all in one systems which are desirable by many churches. It reduces website management in an efficient way while it does also member communication and online giving. The readymade templates that we used to establish our church website were of immense help as it made the website development quite a fast process. Equally, the support team that we counted on when we had questions regarding our site has been top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Ekklesia 360?**

Ekklesia 360 is interface customization feels quite limiting despite. It is a challenge to fit that design that will exactly look like our church's appearance on the website. We find that the functionality of some features, such as the member directory, is fixed to a specific purpose which in some cases raises the bar of integrating them to our existing patterns of work operation.

**What problems is Ekklesia 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The space saved by Ekklesia 360 has been equal to hours and hours of valuable man-hours and avoids spending thousands of dollars for renting additional office spaces. The platform's interface which can be managed by our girls without any advanced technical skills makes it ideal for our team to do regular update tasks and communications.

  ### 2. Never Get What is Promised

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richelle K. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Ekklesia 360?**

Easy to use for basic updating by all employees.

**What do you dislike about Ekklesia 360?**

The refreshes/template changes never seem to work the way they were promised.

**What problems is Ekklesia 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows basic users to do their own updates.

  ### 3. Just hope there is no support needed.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Ekklesia 360?**

The server is stable and connection is fast.

**What do you dislike about Ekklesia 360?**

Support is only on weekdays and not 24hours, emergency number doesn't serve any purpose other than recording cases. Poor internal communication.

**Recommendations to others considering Ekklesia 360:**

This is a good platform if you are from United State, however, we are not. The support is limited to weekdays and normal working hours, not 24/7 even if your website is down, it has a 24hours emergency number however its only purpose is to record your case and not resolve it. If you are running a mission critic service, this is not a platform for you. Thou we are a church, however, our most critical usage is during the weekend but that's when they are off as well. We are leaving the platform.

**What problems is Ekklesia 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help us to manage the server.

  ### 4. Ekklesia 360 is a pretty good software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawana G. | FREELANCE CONTENT CREATOR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Ekklesia 360?**

The layout of the software. Everything is compartmentalized so that you can find what you need. Learning it can be confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier.

**What do you dislike about Ekklesia 360?**

Trying to figure out what goes under each category. I was trying to put staff pictures up, and it took quite a few steps to do it. Even after doing it a couple of times, I was still confused about the steps.

**What problems is Ekklesia 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to set up what I need on my website, any visuals, and registrations; I can also have it come down automatically once an event is over if I forget. The benefits are in place; it's easy for people visiting the site to do what they need to do. It's very clear and does not confuse anyone. Making payments through the site is simple and safe.

  ### 5. We're very pleased with Ekklesia & how easy and pleasurable they make website maintenance.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lesli C. | Administrative Assistant/Clerk, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Ekklesia 360?**

We were assigned team members who walked us through every step of building out our new website. Then once the site was built, additional assistance was made available via phone call or web access. Agents are quick to respond and very helpful. We also love all the services that are available to us through the use of the product, such as event registration, form builders, calendars, integration with other software platforms, interactive calendars, blogs, and so much more!

**What do you dislike about Ekklesia 360?**

There was a bit of a learning curve (at first) in figuring out how to build out pages, but for someone who has never built a website, it was fairly easy to work with. There is also an extensive "help" guide to walk you through every aspect of building out and maintaining your web pages and elements--but you have to be patient and willing to read through (a lot) of information. Some elements are also not as easy to identify in the back end interface.

**Recommendations to others considering Ekklesia 360:**

If you want a unique, quality site that is flexible in management--go with Ekklesia 360!

**What problems is Ekklesia 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a cleaner and more streamlined website. Key items, links, pages, info are so much easier to find and navigate. We also are able to provide every aspect of our ministry & groups with their own corner of the internet by assigning them their own pages on the overall site. We are also able to provide cleaner, clear forms for registrations, purchases, and events. Our congregants really enjoy the look and feel of the site and how easy it is to navigate. It is easy to keep content fresh and up to date, which is also a place for all who visit the site.

  ### 6. Great Proprietary CMS, However Dated

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Ekklesia 360?**

This system is perfect for a team that wants customizations but doesn't have a full time developer on staff. You can lock down certain portions or templates so that's is difficult to break if you're not up to writing code. It's also very customizable. Sky's the limit on your design. Price ranges for most budgets.

**What do you dislike about Ekklesia 360?**

It's clunky. Like reminds you of your old myspace on the backend. You'll need to walk through several steps that might not apply to your website when entering in content because while modules can be hidden, pieces within a module cannot. If you don't care how the backend looks or the UIUX, then you'll get over it - it's relatively easy to learn.

**Recommendations to others considering Ekklesia 360:**

Get a quote upfront and then make sure to add about 20% of your initial build out for updates each year. This will keep your website looking fresh without having to do a full redesign every other year. If you're considering a templated solution instead of custom, ALWAYS ask for a price reduction. They'll sell their themes a little cheaper if it means getting a new client!

**What problems is Ekklesia 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have some huge media requirements that other systems just couldn't handle. Custom feeds, three types of video per resources, parallaxing pull quotes - you name it. It was very difficult to build on anything else and still have the ability to search between media items to show related content (like what Amazon does). It's also allowed us to have the multi-campus structure we needed.

  ### 7. Built for churches, great user experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared T. | Director of CRM and Digital Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Ekklesia 360?**

Customer service is always super helpful and willing to work out solutions quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Ekklesia 360?**

Certain features are not easily customizable. (Ex. office directory, alert messages, blog author bios, etc.) It is not a drag-and-drop editor or block editor like Wordpress or Wix; more coding (or purchasing) is involved for more complex layouts. Sometimes it is hard to see what a final draft will actually look like from the content editor.

**What problems is Ekklesia 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a CMS is necessary for our institution to manage its website!

  ### 8. Great as a free sermon repository

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard B. | Worship Leader, Religious Institutions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2018

**What do you like best about Ekklesia 360?**

It is incredibly easy to store sermons here. The free service allows for up to a year of sermons to be stored, and gives you an RSS feed as well.

**What do you dislike about Ekklesia 360?**

I wish this would give us an easy way to set up an iTunes podcast as well. It doesn't as far as I can tell. It also doesn't integrate as well as other softwares, but hey, it's free!

**Recommendations to others considering Ekklesia 360:**

Keep your sermon list clean, clearing out any old ones you don't need, and you can stay free almost perpetually.

**What problems is Ekklesia 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sermon uploading and distribution.
