We are now able to pull out several key information from numerous documents, thus saving us much time in preparing reports and allowing us to engage in other vital activities. **What do you dislike about Eigen?** Some of the pre-built templates for certain document types are not always suitable for our particular requirements. For example, there are some data that we need from the custom contracts that Eigen’s templates cannot get. **What problems is Eigen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eigen has completely transformed the way we deal with document data extraction.
