**What do you like best about Effort?**

Easy to configure platform. We configured an e-Proof of Delivery within a short time. Tracking all users is helpful. Geolocation captured for all actions performed by users aids in monitoring and tracing, given the risky nature of the jewelry business.

**What do you dislike about Effort?**

Server uptimes were slightly low from Nov'22 to Jan'23, but I see improvements over the past few months. No other callouts as such. Good team and good customer support too.

**What problems is Effort solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Effort?**

Majorly the Product is easy to use, all the users can understand the usage of the application quickly, and the support from the team is good. They give prompt responses and always help in modifying the product whenever required in no time, and the support team is also good. They provide resolutions at the earliest for the queries/concerns raised

**What do you dislike about Effort?**

One thing which I feel is a concern is the Sync of the work completed by the team, when you are at the top of the group as a manager, and the team size is Big, it will take lots of time to get those synced into the manager application, and without syncing manager cannot use his application, and this will take lots of time depending on the size of sync it is happing. I feel the team should look into this and help with some resolution so the people managers can use their application without hassle.

**What problems is Effort solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The effort is helping our team to capture all the actions happening on the field along with the remarks or feedback from the group, which will help us understand the concerns and act on the same at the earliest we are use efforts to keep track of customers who are interested in our services and visit them when ever required and provide the service.

**What do you like best about Effort?**

Tracking field employees, route map assigning, daily activity reports updation, mark my location feature, user-friendly app for working professionals.

**What do you dislike about Effort?**

Location will capture only when it is in sync.

**What problems is Effort solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make our work easy to get the monthly reports, orders and form submissions from employees. Assigning route maps to new employees to reach customers in a particular area.

**What do you like best about Effort?**

The workflow management is simple to handle. This is one of the best features that will help users to reduce the time taken for internal communication within the company

**What do you dislike about Effort?**

Still, Voice integration with Alexa and Google are yet to get mature. Effort needs to improve upon their integration with popular products like Google an Alexa.

**What problems is Effort solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effort solves the problem of repetitive entries within a Customer Relationship Management product. It also solves the problem of Field Service engineers management for any small & medium enterprise.

The spoors application is a no code low code application which helps to define the process flows and standalone forms

**What do you dislike about Effort?**

Deployment takes alot of time because complete manual configuration is done

**What do you like best about Effort?**

Overall It is best tool for all industries.I would like to say about spoor is then I just mention it was wonderful the journey with spoor who is provider this software. Well training and good support till project live.This tool is extremely fast and user friendly for every users.Thank you.

Some situations, system gets synchronize due to poor networks.
