EDGE Empower® Reviews & Product Details

EDGE Empower® is the enterprise software platform for workplace fairness, meritocracy, and inclusive culture. It enables organizations to measure, manage, and certify workplace fairness through one integrated system combining workforce analytics, pay equity analysis, compliance support, and independent certification readiness. Designed for HR, Rewards, DE&I, Sustainability, Risk, and Executive leadership teams, EDGE Empower helps organizations transform fragmented workforce data into actionable insights and credible outcomes. The platform provides in-depth analytics across representation, pay equity, talent management processes, policies, practices, and employee experience, allowing organizations to identify gaps, prioritize actions, and track progress over time. Built on the globally recognized EDGE Standards, the platform supports organizations in managing workplace fairness as a core business capability rather than a standalone initiative. Users can benchmark performance against a proprietary dataset covering more than 3 million employees across 77 countries and 46 industries, helping leaders make informed decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions. EDGE Empower also simplifies compliance with evolving workplace regulations and reporting requirements, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, CSRD (ESRS S1), the EU AI Act requirements for HR AI systems, Switzerland's Equal Pay legislation, Brazil's Pay Equity Law, and other national frameworks. What makes EDGE Empower unique is its integration of analytics, compliance, improvement planning, and preparation for the world's leading independent workplace fairness certification. Organizations can move from measurement to action and from action to externally verified credibility through certification conducted by globally recognized third-party auditors. Trusted by leading multinational organizations across financial services, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, technology, public institutions, and international organizations, EDGE Empower helps organizations build fair workplaces, strengthen talent outcomes, manage risk, and demonstrate measurable progress to employees, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders. Fair workplaces. Real meritocracy. High-performing organizations.
