Bundle platforms usually solve for the wrong person. They're built around what the software finds convenient, and counsel adapts - reformatting citations, renumbering after a late admission, working around access rules that can't be set at document level. Ours starts from the case. Hyperlinking is configured to your citation and footnote format rather than requiring you to adopt ours: however your pleadings reference exhibits, authorities and prior submissions, we programme the platform to recognise it. No reformatting, no reconciling two systems of reference. Access is controlled per party and per document. Confidential bundles, attorneys'-eyes-only material and party-specific restrictions are configured at setup, not managed by keeping files out of the bundle. And bundles change. Documents are inserted, replaced and superseded through to the final day, using conventions that leave every existing citation valid.
