The response was brief, "we deny the refund, read our terms and conditions." I find it very strong that a company keeps 80 dollars that they are paid and within an hour a refund is requested for a service that has not been used and that has not been useful, and in the end, they keep the money. I hope it doesn't happen to you like it did to me, because you already know what awaits you, money thrown in the trash. I started the 'recover lost data' option and after not finding anything it suggested to analyse the whole disk. Doing so I could spot what data was lost and what to do.
