We partner with Dynamics eShop for clients who need to integrate Dynamics 365 Business Central with their eCommerce and/or with clients that need to launch a new eCommerce system, and our/clients' experience was exceptional. All our clients were able to go live in a short time, thanks to the seamless integration and efficiency of the solution.

The Dynamics eShop team was terrific throughout the process—highly knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring a smooth implementation. Their support was top-notch, addressing any questions or concerns quickly and effectively.

If you're looking for a robust eCommerce integration for Dynamics BC with a team that truly knows their stuff, Dynamics eShop is the way to go. Highly recommend!

We have not experienced any downsides of working with the eshop team.

We first partnered with eshop in 2020 to design a b2b/b2c ecommerce portal solution for our unique business model to integrate with D365 BC.  Since then, we’ve experienced remarkable growth in our e-commerce business that we hadn’t thought possible.  Our relationship with the eshop team continues to evolve and expand most recently with the integration of their new epay payment solution.  Over the years we’ve come to rely on eshop’s innovative approach, expert solutions and overall responsiveness to give us a leading edge in our healthcare marketplace.

The implementation team is adept at thinking holistically about the solution and very knowledgeable about surrounding business scenarios and how it will work seamlessly with ERP/Business Central.

I have yet to find a dislike. The implementation team will challenge requirements to ensure they are solving real business needs.

**What do you like best about Dynamics eShop?**

The support team is able to make tweaks and customizations based on specific use-cases, which has allowed us to tailor the integrations as a) our business needs have changed over time, and b) as Shopify has updated their APIs over time.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics eShop?**

No real downsides, but it does add an other layer of software (which must be maintained) between NAV and Shopify so this is something to consider depending on your specific business requirements.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics eShop:**

Definitely would recommend as their team is professional, courteous, and technically adept in the products they work with.

**What problems is Dynamics eShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use eShop to integrate between NAV and Shopify for various operations that allow us to run our Shopify seamlessly.  For example eShop facilitates order import from Shopify to NAV, and also inventory feeds from NAV to Shopify.

None at the moment. The product works well for our clients.

Dynamics E shop has a great product for B2B and B2C websites, as well as a vendor portal option. They are reasonably priced and you can choose the modules that fit your needs. Our Business Central customers are very happy with the platform.

We have sold Dynamics eShop for several years to a large number of customers.  The product is rock solid and works great for all size of businesses to aid in the B2B and B2C commerce applications when using NAV or Business Central

I would highly recommend this product.

Our industry has very specific needs when it comes to how we sell products to our customers.  We sell a variety of different products (data subscriptions, hardware, program registrations).  Dynamics eShop was very helpful (and patient!) with creating what we needed.

Nothing I can think of, Dynamics eShop was very helpful

We did not have an e-Commerce platform before and Dynamics eShop was able to help us integrate one into our Business Central environment

DES understood how to interface with our Navision system and even worked with our many customizations and unique business needs.

An area DES really grew in was helping our webstore act more like a B2C website even though we were a B2B business.

They are experts in Microsoft to NOP and able to handle complicated integrations. It is nice they are located in the US.

Dynamics eShop incorpporated our wide range of product configurations, enabling us to present an easy shopping experience for products requiring myriad choices.

We needed a complete solution to integrating our Navision ERP to our website. After a thorough due diligence with multiple suppliers we chose Dynamics eShop. They offered the flexibility to accomodate all of our requirements in one simple to manage solution.

Native search has limited features and configurable business rules OOB and requires customization, a third-party plug-in, or enterprise search integration. Note: we are currently on v4.2 and plan to explore new search features added to more recent Dynamics eShop product releases.

Kelly Pipe is using eshop in a non-traditional environment and Naveen and his team have been able to help us utilize eshop functionality in a way that is highly beneficial to our customers.

Naveen and his team at eshop have developed tools for Kelly Pipe that allow our customers to access the information they need 24x7. His team is responsive and always willing to help on any technical challenges. The eshop tool has proven to be invaluable to the Kelly Pipe and our customers.

The best feature is the tight integration of Dynamics 365 Business central and Finance & Operations.

It was so quick to install, literally took a few hours to install and setup.

Overall, I highly recommend Dynamics eShop solutions for customers who are using Dynamics 365 ERP.

I worked with Dynamics eShop for over 10 years and implemented their eCommerce, Portal & Payment solutions for multiple clients. It is very easy to install and setup. Within a few days, we can go live with full-blown integrated eCommerce with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.  Dynamics ePay their credit card solution is another solution I recommend for any Business central customers.

We are delighted that it can handle the order volume and allow the user to pay for things with such flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics eShop?**

The only downside I have run into was with a company that wanted the software to work for 6 companies and they had to pay for 6 licenses.  I understood why Dynamics eShop could not provide more of a discount or license the software differently.  The prospect still wanted away very impressed.

This product works well-no glitchy bugs or issues that were not fully tested upfront.

The design of the software allows the user to do so many things.

The ability for the platform to be flexible based on our business needs. Specifically, it has been able to integrate with other systems being used organization wide.

Would like a little more reporting features. However, I believe this has been addressed in the most updated version of the platform, which we have not yet upgraded to.

Dynamics eShop has been able to deliver us a solution for both our B2B and sales portal needs. This has been beneficial as it has allowed us to remain agile and competitive with rich platform features

Disbursed e-commerce system that was hard to manage. The e-shop platform is plug and play for BC and you can get it up and running in few days. We don't need to host our solution anymore and they take care of it
