**What do you like best about Dwell Record?**

The maintenance feature is my absolute favorite. Takes the guesswork out of changing filters and ultimately is going to save me money!

**What do you dislike about Dwell Record?**

So far, I haven't seen anything that I don't like.

**Recommendations to others considering Dwell Record:**

Spend the time it takes to get an accurate picture of your home. It is so worth it, especially if you ever have a loss you need to report to insurance or if your morbidly curious how much you actually spend on that stuff!

**What problems is Dwell Record solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've always struggled with keeping an accurate inventory of my home and this app solves that problem for me. I was initially only looking for something to keep track of everything for insurance purposes. Then I realized I could also track improvements that I give to my tax preparer every year only for them to tell me it's not deductible until I sell my home. Problem solved. Then I saw that the app has features to track routine maintenance like AC filters and water heater purges - I absolutely love this since I always forget. The warranties features is also really cool cuz who actually tracks when the warranty on your washer and dryer actually expires!? Anyways, I would highly recommend this app.
