What problems is Dwell Record solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've always struggled with keeping an accurate inventory of my home and this app solves that problem for me. I was initially only looking for something to keep track of everything for insurance purposes. Then I realized I could also track improvements that I give to my tax preparer every year only for them to tell me it's not deductible until I sell my home. Problem solved. Then I saw that the app has features to track routine maintenance like AC filters and water heater purges - I absolutely love this since I always forget. The warranties features is also really cool cuz who actually tracks when the warranty on your washer and dryer actually expires!?
