Donizo Reviews & Product Details

Donizo is AI quoting and invoicing software for small building contractors in France: plumbers, electricians, heating and air-conditioning engineers, roofers, tilers, carpenters and general builders. Construction only. For the contractor working alone or with a few others: no office, no admin staff, no desktop software. He dictates the job during the visit. Line items are priced from a supplier-independent catalogue of 325,000+ materials and labour items. The quote is signed on the spot; invoicing, payment tracking, reminders and accounting exports follow with no further input. Quote and invoice wording meets French rules. Invoices route through a government-approved platform (SUPER PDP), so users meet the 1 September 2026 obligation to receive electronic invoices and the 1 September 2027 obligation for very small firms to issue them. Data stored in France. Built by a plumber turned engineer. 39 €/month excl. tax, no commitment, 14-day free trial. Support 7 days a week.
