Having used the platform extensively, this reviewer notes a significant reduction in man hours spent on invoice processing. Training the AI was labor intensive, but this was the only downside mentioned.

For smaller users like myself, I found the UI not as intuitive as it will be in the future, that said there was little that was difficult with a bit of instruction. Unlike other apps that I've used I found the rep from DocumentPro patient and accessible, he took the time with me to teach me how to best use the app given my level of use. DocumentPro is unique in that it's constructed in a manner that meets the needs of smaller users as well as bulk users. Pricing permits me to keep within budget without having to purchase more than I needed, I found this refreshing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
