The dashboards are super easy so no need to plan extensive training sessions. Because all needed HR data is retrieved from SuccessFactors instantly the tool saves a lot of time. It is also possible to integrate with various digital signing services. Also, we are very happy with the way Nextmoves are constantly looking to further develop their products. Altogether a perfect fit for organizations looking to improve on the lead time of their HR processes. **What do you dislike about Document Generator?** Bulk generation of large sets of documents, although there is a functionality that allows you to generate documents for e.g. a department. **Recommendations to others considering Document Generator:** Make sure that your HR system/database is setup properly. **What problems is Document Generator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manually retrieving data from our HR system and putting it into various HR documents (e.g. employer statements, employment termination letters) ### 3. The integration with Docusign **What do you dislike about Document Generator?** Few things that we ask were not feasible but the team provided with workarounds so it works well **Recommendations to others considering Document Generator:** The team is very supportive, they will try their best to support your requests. Integrate it with an Esignature platform and with your core hr so the flow is easy and the UX is simple. **What problems is Document Generator solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the Doc Generator i am able to automate the certificates and letter creation for our employees, link them directly to docusign and share them with the employee in less than few hours ### 4. Also I like a lot that the permissions are overtaken from the SuccessFactors RBP. Therefore it is only necessary to define what documents can be generated from what role. A very important function for us is the eventing. Most of the standard templates are now generated automatically after a SuccessFactors event has been triggered. **What do you dislike about Document Generator?** The function to generate several documents with one click is not available yet. That would be a nice-to-have that would save some more clicks. **Recommendations to others considering Document Generator:** In order to use all advantages of the Document Generator I recommend implementing the Digital Personnel File as well. **What problems is Document Generator solving and how is that benefiting you?** We added the Document Generator in order to automate some of our processes within our HR department. All standard documents can now be generated with only a few clicks. Also we allow our employees to generate some of the documents themselves what makes processes easier and faster. The App works perfectly with the Digital Personnel File from Nextmoves. Documents can now be saved automatically in the respective file. All in all we are very satisfied with the App. ### 5.
