If their API fails, customer deployments fail. In 5+ years, this has never been a problem. Honestly, I struggle to find anything I dislike about DNSimple. It’s been such a seamless experience that I haven’t run into any issues. If I had to nitpick, perhaps it would be helpful to have more advanced tutorials or tips for optimizing the use of some lesser-known features. But overall, it’s been fantastic for my needs! I used them for quite some time. Anytime I needed anything, support always emailed same day response. I had to switch due to a marketing company I started using handling this stuff for me. The simplest, most complete UX for this sort of work that I have ever seen. DNSimple has everything that is needed. They have everyhting from DNS to sertificate management.
