What do you like best about DirectAdmin?

I really like the access levels, it's exactly how permissions should be for a basic hosting service, when i used to sell hosting websites i was using directadmin and my customers were happy using it because it's so simple to use and to understand, all they needed is a small explanation about the features and they were good to start work. What do you dislike about DirectAdmin?

Licence is pretty pricy, it has no windows support, there is almost no third party addons which its pretty sucks, but directadmin seems like it has all the features needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DirectAdmin?

Managing users and roles is super easy to understand, packages is really easy to manage, i really like the file manager and basic features of directadmin, its just so simple to use my customers love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its dashboard i slower and keep loading again and again automatically. The second issue is it uses subn folder for sub domaisn and does not allow us to configure web root document oath. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
