It lacks many features and extensions that are readily available for other control panels. This included things like daily off site backups. It's not easy to use. If you do need paid third party support expect to pay at least double other panel rates. Sales seem uninterested in getting sales, which is their entire purpose. DirectAdmin support is so bad they don't even answer the question you asked. DirectAdmin really is a case of you get what you pay for.
