**What do you like best about Digivante?**

Testing can be completed over a weekend, saving valuable time at a critical stage of the project. The Digivante portal offers a clear and extensive view of each test, providing screenshots and, where applicable, videos of the highlighted bug. This makes it easy to triage straight to developers with all the information they require to resolve the bug.

**What do you dislike about Digivante?**

N/A - yet to have any negative experience using Digivante

**Recommendations to others considering Digivante:**

This is the third consecutive year we have used Digivante for testing on this project, and each time the work has been done in a high quality and timely manner. The Account Management team are friendly and informative, and we are yet to have any negative experience using Digivante. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking additional testing support.

**What problems is Digivante solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digivante provided thorough end-to-end testing on our Christmas wesbsite, Letters From Santa. Due to the project's high value and time-sensitive nature, it's vital that we complete thorough and timely end-to-end testing across platforms and multiple devices. Since the pandemic and increased working from home, this has become more of a challenge, so having access to Digivante's extensive testing capabilities was a huge help for our campaign.

**What do you like best about Digivante?**

The communications and how thorough the approach was! Every step of the way their team kept is informed of where the testing project was at and were friendly and so happy to answer any questions. The testing itself was incredibly thorough and eased the launch of our project a significant amount. When we went live, we did so with no errors! Which was amazing for us and provided a smooth experience for our clients. The testing portal Digivante had made is super easy to keep on top of everything as well! 

**What do you dislike about Digivante?**

There was nothing me or the team disliked! They made the launch of a BIG project super efficient!

**Recommendations to others considering Digivante:**

Give them a thorough brief of key things you need looked at and they will go above and beyond to help you. Also, if you’re confused or stuck on anything a friendly team member will happily talk you through anything you need to know.

**What problems is Digivante solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were launching a new version of our online shop – we sell SEO services online so it was a complex project. When it came to going live, we didn’t want to negatively impact our customer experience, so we went to Digivante for testing. We provided them with a brief which they fulfilled with ease and went further by conducting tests we hadn’t thought of. Internally when you’re working closely with something you experience blindness after a while! Digivante provided a fresh perspective that resulted in the smoothest launch we could have hoped for with NO go-live errors! For any future project, we’d use them without a moment's hesitation.

**What do you like best about Digivante?**

Working with Digivante has sped up and streamlined our testing processes. Their bug reports are detailed and clear to understand, and their easy-to-use portal fires emails when work is triaged, which helps manage and track bug fixes. The Digivante staff we have worked with have understood our needs and have worked hard to meet our specific requirements.

**What do you dislike about Digivante?**

Nothing so far! No problems or issues to date.

**Recommendations to others considering Digivante:**

Talk through your requirements in a phone call/meeting, don't just rely on email, and then work in partnership with open, two-way communication.

**What problems is Digivante solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The NSPCC's portfolio of online courses for people who work or volunteer with children has grown significantly over the past few years, but our in-house capacity to bug test the courses has not grown at the same speed. Digivante has helped us do functionality and accessibility testing, and clear the backlog of courses that had been stuck in production.

**What do you like best about Digivante?**

All work was undertaken professionally, the person we worked with on both pieces of work was exacting, gained an excellent understanding of the project and solution, had a wealth of knowledge in the areas we required and fitted in to our project team very easily with a very amenable personality.

**What do you dislike about Digivante?**

There is nothing I can specify that did not work for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Digivante:**

Be clear about your requirement with Digivante so they can find you the perfect person to help.  All the people we worked with at Digivante are pleasant and fully supportive of our needs.

**What problems is Digivante solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a company that could gather customer feedback for our project with TfL and it was later identified that we had a gap in testing knowledge that we needed to fill.

**What do you like best about Digivante?**

Through our partnership with Digivante, I have constantly been amazed by the speed and professionalism with which Digivante continues to support our testing needs. They have been a substantial factor in our ability to deliver change to live with continued quality and pace.

**What do you dislike about Digivante?**

I am yet to see any downside that is of any direct correlation to our engagement with Digivante

**What problems is Digivante solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our engagement with Digivante has enabled us to increase our test coverage ensuring the quality of our project delivery.

Access to the crowd alone has allowed us to garner quick, relevant feedback on issues arising from our changes. Meaning we are able to greatly increase our ability to remove defects before reaching live.

Supporting our regression phase has also allowed us to increase our coverage and speed of completing this far beyond what we would have been able to execute internally.
