"DibsText — instant text alerts for contractor website leads" Reviews & Product Details

DibsText texts contractors the second a website lead comes in, so they respond first and win the job. Most home service customers hire whoever gets back to them first. But contractors are on roofs, in crawl spaces, and behind the wheel, not watching email. DibsText closes that gap. When a lead fills out your website form, DibsText instantly: Texts the lead back on your behalf, so they hear from you in seconds, before they call the next company Alerts your team by text, call, email, or Slack, and whoever claims the lead first owns it Escalates to a backup phone or Slack channel if nobody responds within a few minutes From there, you can work the lead in a two-way text inbox with AI-drafted replies, ask a qualifying question automatically, and let the lead book a real open slot from your Google Calendar. When the job is won, DibsText sends a review request with your Google Business link. Built for the trades: Missed-call text-back for calls nobody answers Works next to your existing website form, with one embed snippet and no site rebuild Team seats, multi-location routing, and a weekly ROI email SMS compliance handled for you: A2P 10DLC registration, STOP/HELP keywords, and consent capture are all included Simple pricing: $79/month flat. No contracts, and a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Built for plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, landscapers, cleaners, and other field service teams.
