Deventura Reviews & Product Details

Deventura is an engineering insights platform that answers one question: what do our AI investments – and the other initiatives we run in engineering – actually deliver? Most organizations have rolled out AI coding assistants and agents, changed processes and reorganized teams, but few can show which of it improved delivery – or where it quietly added review load, rework and instability. Deventura gives you that answer from the data you already have. It connects read-only to GitHub or GitLab, and to Jira for planning data. Every merged PR or MR is classified on a five-level scale from near-certain AI to near-certain human by Deventura's authorship model – so you see real AI-assisted output across every tool your developers use, without plugins, surveys or self-reporting. AI agents that commit under their own identity are analyzed alongside human contributors. From there, Deventura links what you changed to what happened in delivery. Initiative impact compares key metrics before and after any initiative – a tool rollout, an agent introduction, a new review process, a team change – and separates launch activity from lasting effect. Metrics gives one overview of output, review quality, flow and AI assistance per team, with month-over-month trends and drill-downs. Delivery & Ops tracks how fast and how reliably work reaches production. Planning Insights shows plan adherence and shadow work – merged work that never appeared in the plan. CapEx reporting gives finance a capitalization view built on the same data. Beyond measurement, the AI Readiness Assessment identifies the process, validation and knowledge gaps that limit automation and turns them into a prioritized roadmap, so you know not only where AI works today but what to fix to let it do more. Deventura is built for CTOs, VPs of Engineering and AI leads in software organizations that want objective evidence instead of anecdotes – and for the CFOs and boards they report to. Privacy is built in: no source code is stored, only metadata about how work flows; access is read-only; customer data is never used to train models. Deventura is GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 aligned and EU-hosted on Google Cloud. Use Deventura to decide where to scale AI, which initiatives to keep, and how to justify the investment to leadership – with delivery evidence rather than opinion.
