The platform is very easy to use and is not overloaded with confusing features or pop up windows. Some TMS platforms feel very segmented and make it difficult to oversee everything all at once. Aljex keeps things simple and effective, but has lots of extra features available if the user wishes to utilize them. The platform is also very customizable giving the user a personal feeling. Overall Aljex is an excellent TMS and we are very satisfied with the product and customer support has been very good. **What do you dislike about Descartes Aljex?** There is an issue with Canadian zip codes deleting themselves when trying to enter them. When selecting from the drop down menus in the fields, the information must be exact or the selection wont allow you to click on it. I very much dislike that the phone number fields are formatted so you cannot copy and paste a phone number into them. All of the information fields are way too short, which does not allow you to put long emails, multiple emails, long addresses, or long messages in almost any field within the loads, the customer files, or basically anywhere for that matter. **What problems is Descartes Aljex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aljex allows us to organize and monitor all of our shipments in one, easy to use place. ### 10.
