DentalIQ Reviews & Product Details

Stay independent. Run like a DSO. DSOs win on operations: the same procedures in every office and numbers the owner sees every week. DentalIQ™ gives an independent dental practice those procedures, with AI built in, so the owner-dentist and office manager can run the business side without a corporate back office. Each module is a built-in procedure for one part of running the practice: • Morning briefing: today's schedule with each patient's insurance status and what needs attention. • InsureIQ: electronic eligibility and benefits checks, with a call sheet for what the payer didn't answer. • BillingIQ: claim checks before sending, electronic claims and remittances, denial appeals drafted for review, and days from claim sent to paid. • AcceptIQ: treatment plans with estimates built from the patient's own insurance check, approved by the dentist before printing. • RecallIQ: overdue patients and reminder messages drafted for the team to approve. • ReviewIQ: Google review requests by text or email, drafted per patient and approved by the team. • NoteIQ: voice-dictated clinical notes, structured into SOAP notes for the provider to review. • LabIQ: lab case tracking with each lab's on-time, turnaround and redo record. • ProcureIQ: the same supply item bought at different prices, from the practice's own invoices. • PrescriptionIQ and ReportIQ: post-treatment guidance for patients and a monthly practice report. How it works: good process first, then AI. DentalIQ's own rules handle the structure (eligibility, frequency limits, claim checks); AI handles the language. AI drafts, a person approves, and every AI action is logged. AI runs under a business associate agreement. DentalIQ works alongside the practice software you already use, on the web and on iOS and Android. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
